Please visit my new website : The Learning Flow

As you read the word “learning specialist”, you might be wondering what I do...Well, I would say that a learning specialist designs and develops learning experiences. Here, I use the word “learning experiences” rather than training projects because a key role of the learning specialist is to make sure that learners learn what they need to know, in a way that will ensure retention and application of the learning to their work situations and for the benefit of their organisations.
My skills apply to two different but complementary domains:
1. Instructional design consisting in the design, developement, delivery and evaluation of learning projects.
2. Facilitation of events or meetings to help groups reach appropriate and useful coutcomes, share professional knowledge, or plan processes.
