Most learning specialists have an education or training background and I am no exception to this. I worked initially with IT companies, Apple and Sun Microsystems, before specializing in IT training. Later I shifted towards development co-operation; I worked in Africa and Asia designing, delivering or evaluating a range of training and capacity development programmes.
My initial education is an MBA degree (USA) and between 2004 and 2006 I took part in an e-learning programme on Training of Trainers techniques and tools, instructional design and adult learning.
During the past years, I have provided facilitation services and/ or instructional services to the following organisations: Médecins du Monde, the ILO, the FAO, the UNHCR, the WHO, the ICC, the World Bank or the University of Geneva. On a regular basis, I collaborate with the International Training Center of the ILO (Turin).
I am a member of the International Association of Facilitators
